Throughout your tenancy, we will ensure maintenance is addressed as per its tier level in accordance with our tenant brochure. Additionally, we offer all customers a 24-48 response rate guarantee (within business hours) and are here to answer any questions you may have.

Yes. We want to ensure you are happy with the property in real-time, as photos can be deceiving. Of course, there are extenuating circumstances where you cannot view, e.g., living interstate. In this instance, McLaren Property Management are happy to assist by conducting an inspection via Facetime.

Ensure all your referees are aware they will need to complete an online reference for you. If you notice a referee hasn’t completed a reference yet, follow them up directly to ensure a smooth process for the agent. Ensure all your documentation is attached and up to date. Your last 3 payslips, Centrelink statement, photo ID, etc. If you want to stand out, write a small cover letter including photos of your family or pets and tell us a little about you!

Tenants are responsible for their own set of keys. We recommend getting a second set cut and leaving with someone safe in case of emergency. Unfortunately, if this does occur and a second set is not accessible, the tenant is responsible for arranging and paying a locksmith. If locks are changed, the tenant is to advise the agent immediately and provide us with the new set of keys.

Yes. Unfortunately, there are fees involved. You are responsible for the full advertising fee of $199. You will also have to pay rent until we secure a new tenant for your landlord. There may be additional re-let fees involved depending on the individual tenancy.
